Registration Terms & Conditions
Cancellations
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your registration. It
is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend, but
you must email pcarkeek@eyeforretail.com
informing us of this change prior to the event.
There is no penalty
for cancellations received on or before August 19th 2006.
Cancellations received between August 20th and September 15th
will be subject to a 25% administration fee. For all cancellations
received on or after September 16th 2006 we will be obliged
to charge the full fee as stated on your invoice.
Method of Payment
In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all lines
are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in
a timely manner. All cheques should be made payable to "First Conferences Ltd".
If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card guarantee will
be required at the time of check in.

Miscellaneous
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme without
notice.
